By bringing mindfulness, meditation, and a healthy dose of fun to our excercise programs, we can make greater gains, and become healthier in every sense of the word. Take your training out of the gym and into your daily life.

What you get out of it.

The Happiness Program is my Buddhist themed training program that you can apply to any sport or exercise program. The program includes a copy of my book The The Happiness Program, a fun 13 week training log/journal with fun excercises designed to strengthen your mild as we strengthen our bodies, a training program, and a diet program.
